I build small, durable software for people who travel and people who shop online.

Founder of Waebox Media and National Park Shops. Ten-plus years designing, shipping, and operating consumer-facing products around content, commerce, and the outdoors.

About

Builder, operator, traveler.

I've spent the last decade building digital products at the intersection of content and commerce. My day job is running Waebox Media, a small agency in Saigon that ships fast, opinionated websites and the back-office tools that keep them running.

Outside agency work, I run National Park Shops, a long-form publication and Amazon Associates storefront for U.S. national parks. It's where I get to mix the things I love: writing, the outdoors, and figuring out how independent publishers can still make a living on the open web.

I write about all of it here — software craft, AI in production, building distributed teams, and the occasional dispatch from a trail.
