I've spent the last decade building digital products at the intersection of content and commerce. My day job is running Waebox Media, a small agency in Saigon that ships fast, opinionated websites and the back-office tools that keep them running.
Outside agency work, I run National Park Shops, a long-form publication and Amazon Associates storefront for U.S. national parks. It's where I get to mix the things I love: writing, the outdoors, and figuring out how independent publishers can still make a living on the open web.
I write about all of it here — software craft, AI in production, building distributed teams, and the occasional dispatch from a trail.
